NEVER STOP LEARNING. Its one of my core values. Learning is an active pursuit. You can read books, go to conferences (Im currently at Shawn Achors Happiness retreat in Mexico), sign up for masterminds and hire coaches. All amazing, all valuable, all pay off. But one thing we sometimes forget is that learning can also happen every single day in the tiniest of situations. My friend Liz DiAlto and I often coach each other when one of us is having a touch time. And our favorite saying is, Life is always loving you fiercely -- even when we want to punch life in the face sometimes ;) I love this way of putting it because it doesnt belittle our concerns, but acknowledges the pain and struggle, while also reinforcing that your struggles are also your lessons. They are there for you to examine and find the opportunity to grow if you choose
