NEW STRUCTURE AT ZUMBASHOP AUSTRALIA PTY LTD I am pleased to announce the new structure of operations at ZumbaShop Australia. Our priorities are exceptional customer service and fast delivery of your items, and the changes that have been put into place are to achieve these goals. We have a dedicated customer service section, Zumbashop Customer Care, that is here to service your needs. When you send an email to us, you will receive a reply within 24 hours. You can reach the Zumbashop Customer Care division at [email protected]. There will be a dedicated warehouse built for Zumbashop Australia in QLD, and new ranges of ZumbaWear will now be stocked in Australia again. We have a big order arriving from the US of the new range coming in January. We will be listing this on the website as soon as the stock arrives. We will be running two warehouses at the current time, one in Sydney and one in QLD. All operations will then move to QLD at a later date. The new Zumbashop Australia website has now been launched. I would like you to have one place where you can find all of the information about Zumba in Australia and New Zealand, and the Zumbashop website has brand-new features for you to be able to do that. The website has 3 main sections 1. SHOP 2. ZIN 3. COMMUNITY 1. The SHOP section contains the ZumbaWear shopping portal. You will see there are 3 sections under SHOP: • SALE (Australian Stock) • EXPRESS SHIPPING (Australian Stock) • SPECIAL ORDERS (US Stock) All items in the SALE and EXPRESS SHIPPING sections are located in Australia. When you purchase items from these sections, you will receive them quickly, normally within a week depending on where you live in Australia or NZ. We have a shipping policy that all orders will be sent out the following day if we receive the order by 8pm. In most circumstances, you will receive your order within only a few days. The SPECIAL ORDERS section has items from the US that you can purchase. These items will take approximately 3-4 weeks to get to you as they will be coming from the US Warehouse. So now you will have the best of both worlds. You will have a large range of stock here in Australia to choose from, that will be shipped quickly to you. But you will also have a large range of US stock to choose from if you would like to order something that is not stocked here in Australia. You are able to order across all sections at the same time when you are on the website – you do not have to shop from each section one at a time. You will see that each item has been given an independent code at the end of the item name that designates where the item is located – SYD WH for the Sydney warehouse, GC WH for the QLD warehouse and US WH for the US warehouse. You will see these codes on the website underneath the item’s photo, and you will also see it on your order. You will then see whether your order will arrive in 1, 2 or 3 shipments depending on how many sections on the website you have ordered from. Your postage will remain a flat $9.99 regardless of how many shipments you will be receiving, and regardless of whether they are local or international. And if you spend $150 or more in one transaction, your shipping is FREE. 2. The second section on the website is ZIN. This is the section for Zumba instructors. Here you will find your registration area for your ZIN Discount with Zumbashop Australia, as well as the training link. This link takes you directly to the section of the US site, zumba, where you can register for your Zumba instructor trainings. 3. The third section on the website is COMMUNITY. This is the section for all Zumba enthusiasts. Here you will find a link to Zumba events held throughout the region that everyone can attend. The events will be loaded into the website shortly. You will also find a section called ‘Show Us Your Zwag’. This is a fun section where you can share your love of ZumbaWear! You will find cutting videos here to give you inspiration and knowledge on how to cut fantastic designs with your ZumbaWear. You will also see photos of creative Zumba-lovers in our region showing their ‘Zwag’ with their cut ZumbaWear designs. And I want you to be a part of this! Send me your creative cuts in a video or photos and I will post them on the website. At the moment, I have international videos as part of the website, but I would like this to be a showcase of Australian and New Zealand talent.
