Mr. Mimiko stated that relevant stakeholders need to collaborate with the Jonathan administration to develop policies and programmes that will shape the future of the Nigerian child. “The task of creating the desired future for the children of today should be seen as a joint effort and collective responsibility,” he said. Mr. Mimiko also urged the children to reciprocate government’s gesture by developing the right attitude to life, shunning deviant behaviours, immodest dressing, and examination malpractices.
