NEWS RELEASE AUTHORITY : PI VIVIANNE A REYES Chief, PIO Angeles City Police Office DATE: October 17, 2013 7 Male Indivudual arrested through Search WARRANT The Angeles City Police Office under the leadership of PSSUPT EDEN T UGALE, Acting City Director arrested 7 male individuals for Illegal Possession of Firearm and Explosive and Violation of COMELEC Omnibus Election Code (Gun Ban) and undergone Inquest Proceedings administered by Prosecutor Oliver Sison under docket No. III-01-INQ-13J-00665 and recommend continous detention. Search Warrant NO 41-13 issued by Hon. Richard A Paradeza, Presiding Judge of RTC Br 72, Olongapo City against a certain Jenny Bagsil aka Jene Balse y Sumayan and 6 others living at #188 Macopa St., Brgy. Malabanias Angeles City was implemented last October 16, 2013 by Intelligence Operatives led by PSUPT JOSELIO F IMPERIAL together with the City Public Safety Company, Special Weapon And Tactics, Police Station 4, Moblie Patrol Group and Barangay Officials of Malabanias headed by Deputy Purok Leader Armando Conde. Confiscated from the warrant were as follows: a.) One (1) Caliber 38 Revolver b.) Ten (10) Live Ammunitions for Caliber 38 c.) One (1) Hand Grenade Arrested suspects were (1) Jene Balse y Sumayan, 28, native of 6549 Julita Biliran, Leyte; (2) Jumil Acidre y Aborque, 29, native of Brgy. 87 San Jose, Tacloban City; (3) Ariel Ortiz y Tinedero, 24, native of Masin Tayabas, Quezon; (4) Michael Justin Sumayan y Corpin, 28, native of Brgy. Julita Biliran Leyte; (5) Ricky Mondelo y Libres, 22, native of Brgy. Julita Biliran Leyte; (6) Ruel Sumayan y Armada, 28, native of Brgy. Julita Biliran Leyte and (7) Kenneth Cantiga y Olarte, 22, native of Brgy. Guindapunan, Palo Leyte. Three (3) suspects namely; Jumil Acidre, Michael Justin Sumayan and Ruel Sumayan were identified by victims of robbery last 2008 and 2009. Proper documentation and appropriate charges were filed against the suspects.
