【NEWS/Report】 girugamesh make their place in Macau music history. Their new album, MONSTER, begins streaming for free. The Macau government-sponsored Rock festival, HUSH!! Full Band 2013 took place on November 23. It was an amazing event focused on Macau youth culture that featured bands, DJs and dance acts from all around Asia. girugamesh was the Japanese act invited over, but since the event was packed with around 3,000 people, we expect about 1/3 of the audience knew of Girugamesh. The event was rocked hard by popular acts from Macau, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Beijing, and it wasnt until after 11PM that girugamesh performed, but a large number of people waited to rock to the band. Their performance began with the intro from the upcoming album, MONSTER, to be released on November 27. As the intro music played, the audience went wild with cheering and soon began clapping as the members took the stage. Vocalist Satoshi started their powerful performance with a scream, “Are you ready?”, going straight into “Break Down”, followed by the new song “Drain”. Satoshis stage performance got even the girugamesh first-timers pumping their fists and moving to the music. Everyone seemed to be having a great time! After a greeting in English, “Hello, Macau, were girugamesh! This our first show in Macau! Thank you for having us!”, the band proceeded with performances of hard-hitting songs like “antlion pit”, “INCOMPLETE” and other new songs, as the excited fans forced themselves closer to the stage. Then, once breaking into “CRAZY-FLAG” the floor got even wilder. Satoshis stage performance, Niis cool guitar moves, Shuus rock-solid bass playing, and Яyo s energetic drumming meshed together perfectly creating a powerful performance that set the audience on fire. Circle pits and crowd surfing commenced, and the show pushed on relentlessly with songs “Vision”, “MISSION CODE”, and “DIRTY STORY”, concluding with “evolution”. With an audience of screaming fans from many different countries, girugameshs performance was a truly border-less rock experience, confirming their place in Macau rock history. girugameshs new album, MONSTER, available 11/27, began streaming on their OFFICIAL SITE.
