They have absolutely horrid contract terms and billing practices and beware: any contract you sign with them might as well be in blood. I begged them to be reasonable, refund me for the amounts I paid and didnt receive service for, asked them to PLEASE STOP re-activating my non-existent device automatically over and over, told them about how I have been homeless for months and trying to save my credit, how I could use the hundreds of dollars I paid out of panic/expediency for rent / living expenses, ALL TO NO AVAIL. Verizon is yet another heartless, blood-sucking American corporation intent on screwing individuals over. Their customer service drones should be ashamed of themselves.
