NFT Consult Ltd General Manager Job Vacancy in Rwanda Description: NFT Consult Ltd is a Human Resource management firm offering a variety of services with business emphasis in Recruitment, Staff outsourcing, Training and personal development. As part of our company strategy, NFT has a branch office in Rwanda-Kigali. Reports to: Executive board the successful candidate will be responsible for the direction and coordinating of all our operations in Rwanda. Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee operations, sales, marketing and customer service activities in Rwanda. Responsible for branch financials up to and including budgets, forecasting and periodic P&L. Execute and manage long and short term strategies to meet company and client expectations. Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize efficiencies and eliminate redundancies Direct leadership activities for operations and business. Present company services and develop and sustain strong client relationships. Review branch performance metrics to ensure accurate and timely delivery of staffing requirements. Conduct departmental audits to ensure adherence to processes and procedures. Develop and maintain knowledge, awareness, and understanding of company policies and procedures and strategy. Provide feedback to direct reports and other team members concerning possible issues or areas of improvement. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s Degree and/or minimum 3 years senior leadership experience in the service industry. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office. Proven bottom line responsibility and dedication to client satisfaction. Demonstrated excellence in time management skills, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. Experience in a multi-tasked environment with the ability to prioritize and organize work. Must possess good judgment, reasoning and problem resolution skills. Fluency in Kiswahili and English is an advantage.
