Also, my heart goes to the HEROINE of our time, Late Dr. Stella Ameyo Adadevoh, the Consultant at First Consultant Hospital Lagos, who prevented a major catastrophe by paying with her life. Dear Aunty, I might not know you, but I salute your courage, motherly love and the professionalism you demonstrated to stop the spread of the deadly virus. May your precious soul continue to find rest... Amen! Special thanks and recognition to our amiable, hardworking, courageous, responsible, responsive, action and pragmatic governor of Lagos State, Babatunde Raji Fashola, for rising and facing the task with all his might without holding anything back. Sir, you and your administrative team fought so gallantly, deploying every means available to stem the tide, even with the FGs dilly-dallying in approving funds, you still went ahead spending the funds of the state wisely and prudently, and with the help of God Almighty, you conquered. You are indeed one of the FINEST BRAIN we have in Nigeria. Your leadership style is second to none. You are a manager, an administrator per excellence, a master tactician, an organiser, action-filled, responsible, a fatherly figure, a leader that is far above leaders not in age but in BRAIN. May God continue to bless and keep you... Amen! The health workers too did fantastically well. They worked so tirelessly to curtail the scourge. The Commissioner for Health, Lagos State and the Special Adviser to Governor Fashola on Public Health both did so well too. God bless you all. The Health Minister, Prof. Onyebuchi Chukwu also did a very good job. You worked tirelessly, shuttling between Lagos and Abuja, holding meetings round-the-clock and intimating Nigerians on the goings with the tackling of the virus. Weldone sir. God bless you! The ebola Nigeria has witnessed, may we NEVER NEVER NEVER EVER witness it again in Jesus name... Amen! May Almighty God that helped Nigeria also help the people of Liberia and Sierra-Leone in curtailing the deadly scurge as soon as possible. Amen!
