At 825 am CDT...National Weather Service Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 18 miles southwest of La Gloria to Riviera to 9 miles south of Malaquite Beach...or along a line extending from 23 miles south of Premont to 6 miles northwest of Sarita to 32 miles south of Corpus Christi...moving northwest at 30 mph. Winds 30 to 40 mph are expected with these storms.
