A Web Developer/.NET Programmer with heavy SQL application development experience is needed to accomplish the following on DCAS’ EC3 system: * Develop .Net User Interfaces for new subsystems (e.g., Vouchering, Budgeting, Renewables). DELIVERABLES: For at least 2 of the above subsystems, complete user interface for inputting data; procedural manual, and reports. * Create/modify GUIs to enable business users to collect and modify data. * Automate complex business processes and create GUIs for users to interact with the workflow. * Create documentation of all areas of the system. * Develop/modify dashboards and reports to allow users to see different facets of the data. * Develop integration modules to interface with existing systems. * Create/modify SQL tables and stored procedures to accommodate the data changes. MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE * At least six (6) years of satisfactory full-time software experience in designing, programming, debugging, maintaining, implementing, and enhancing computer software applications. * Strong experience in developing n-tier architecture applications using WCF, Web API and MVC/ASP.Net Web Forms * Strong background in .NET Technologies. (C# 5.0 or greater, ASP.NET 4.5, MVC 4 or greater, Entity Framework 5.0 or greater) * Expert knowledge and experience working with Microsoft technologies such as Visual Studio 2013, SQL Server Management Studio, Team Foundation Server * Expert knowledge and experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, AngularJS, jQuery, etc.) * Strong SQL programming skills; crystal report (2008 or better) writing experience * Knowledge and experience with MS SQL Server relational database technologies DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE : - Note: candidates who do not have the mandatory skills will not be Considered * Familiarity with emerging web technologies and/or recommended standards and practices.
