We now have FREE Deep Peace Meditation classes, which is a combination of yoga relaxation and mantra meditation to relieve tension and calm the mind. On Wednesdays and Saturdays we have FREE LIVE Kirtan, which is the ancient practice of hearing and singing sacred mantras to purify mind and heart. Afterwards you can enjoy some chai and sweets and on Saturdays a delicious vegetarian meal!
