Nearly one-third of the 350,000 workers in Malaysias electronics manufacturing sector -- a major supplier for leading global brands -- suffer labour conditions akin to modern slavery, a report released Wednesday said. Withholding their passports so they cannot leave. Is this the way the Malaysian government wants the world to see them??? Time for government officials to stamp out these agencies who commit their workers to sub human living conditions and wages just because they come from Bangladesh or Myanmar.
