Nearly two dozen small dogs seized from a San Diego area home have been so traumatized by their living conditions that rescuers say they will have to learn how to be dogs. Many of the dogs were found living in crates and cringed when they were approached by rescuers. The owner, a 70-year-old woman who was being evicted from her home, agreed to relinquish the animals.
