Ned Yost made what might be the single worst postseason managerial - TopicsExpress

Ned Yost made what might be the single worst postseason managerial decision Ive ever seen. He took his stud James Shields out of the game when he was leading 3-2 and had only thrown 88 pitches. The As ought to send Yost a Christmas present this year. To make matters worse Shields was replaced by a rookie pitcher who wasnt used to relieving. The Royals cant even afford to sign Shields next year. What were they saving him for? They could have had him throw 180 pitches! What do they care if hes got a dead arm by the time he has to go to the Yankees or Red Sox. But, as we say in the music bus...tough tits!
