Need to release.... It amazes me how when a person gets ill and they want to vent about certain aspects, people calmly usually say just be lucky your alive. Perfect example since my diagnosis back in March Ive lost my breasts, my hair and has Gained like 30lbs due to steroids treatments and cant really exercise due to fatigue from Chemo cant diet because you have to eat while on Chemo...I dont complain much maybe not at all but as a woman had none of these issues been due to cancer or some other illness itd be OK to vent about these issues. I think some people can be so insensitive DAMN right Im glad to be alive my struggle isnt for nothing...who wouldnt be grateful but at the end of the day Im just a woman and yes sometimes i do miss my hair and my breasts and my weight goal that i worked so hard to achieve just last year. However with or without the things Ive lost Im still all woman but dont deem me ungrateful because I mention missing them thats just the woman in me. As women we are always working to look better feel better about ourselves. Because Im a cancer patient should i be different? Just wish people would not be so insensitive and think before they speak.
