Neha Anuj Naznin Salim Homai This is about a trail of horrible experiences with #wingsradiocab Such terrible and #pathetic level of service #irresponsible to the core. Incident 1: A friend of mine booked a #wingsradiocab for airport drop at 5:30 am. The idiot driver dint reach his residence and was waiting some 1 kilometre away from the pick up address that was provided. The moron driver asked my friend to walk down a kilometre with his 3 bags but he refused to come to the assigned address. It is a pain to look for another alternative to reach the airport or any other destination.. especially early in the morning!! And to make matters worse the rude inconsiderate bloddy driver had the guts to yell on the phone. This is one of the most third class service where a customer has to ultimately struggle for a rickshaw early in the morning to reach the airport. Very #unprofessional and #unethical. Incident 2: Another friend booked a #wingsradiocab for 4am pick up. The driver reaches at 5am. When asked why he came an hour late the driver says Jo karna hai karle.. My friend had no choice. She decided to travel with this asshole. While on the way the arguments continued. WORSE still.. the driver asked her to get off the car at 5:30 am .. Absolute disaster.. He deserves an ass shove for his behaviour ..You cant question them.. You cant argue with them.. Wtf is this!! #wingsradiocab should realise how much inconvenience you are causing to the passengers. Would like to warn everyone about the same. #wingsradiocab should be banned. You dont deserve to be a service provider.
