New, 2nd case of Ebola: Will our government say exactly how the Texas Health Care Worker came into contact with Thomas Duncans bodily fluids? Maybe he/she didnt come into direct contact with Duncans bodily fluids? At what stage was this Health Care Worker involved with Duncans care, directly or indirectly, if at all? Were they exercising universal precautions and still got infected?
