New Brunswick Around the province this morning the skies are cloudy with fog, drizzle, mist and light rain being observed. Temperatures are mild with 14°C the highest in Saint John and Fredericton and the lowest 11°C in several locations in the north including St. Leonard and Miscou Island. Winds are variable calm to light. This morning we should see decreasing cloud with isolated showers and unsettled conditions in the wake of a departing cold front. Southern areas could have accumulations of 1 to 2 mm while in the north 2 to 4 mm is possible. The afternoon highs in the south are forecast to be 18°C to 20°C, 15°C in Saint John. The north should expect highs of 14°C to 17°C, cooler along northeast coastal areas. Tonights lows will be 7°C to 9°C across the province. This afternoon, 10 to 15 km/h southwesterly winds will help make it feel a few degrees warmer. In Riverview it is currently 13°C under an overcast sky with a 10 km/h southeast wind. The relative humidity is 96%. Barometric pressure is 1010 and falling. Once the fog clears, Riverview should have a glimpse of some blue sky in with the cloud. An afternoon high of 19°C, feeling like 23, will be accompanied by a 15 kn/h wind from the southwest. Your umbrella should be kept handy for some possible isolated showers today. #BackyardWeather (Stephen)
