New Job HeadChef - Stafd/MJ/Grs Industry: Hospitality and Catering Job Type: Permanent Location: Stoke on Trent, England Salary: £9 - £10 per hour + overtime Berry Catering are looking to find a passionate leader to run a town centre kitchen in central Stoke . The ideal candidate will have held a kitchen manager/head chef role previously . They will be comfortable not only leading the team, but also in assisting in training the junior members up to a higher standard. Must also be comfortable in- Maintaining set GP levels achieving internal and external audits communicating with the other management team on site(being part of the larger team) integrating the Kitchen team with the FOH team have brand knowledge/passion and what this leads to in terms of guest expectation You will be expected to possess an in date food hygiene certificate Work is set over 5 days per week, with that to include busy trading times within the business. Interviews are to held from w/c 20/11/2014 with the client hoping to have the new candidate in place by the end of November.
