This multi office high street firm is seeking a further Solicitor, Licenced Conveyancer, FCILEx or qualified fee earner to join their busy property department. These recently merged firms with offices around South Yorkshire deal with all non contentious areas of law and the property department is managed across all the sites and consists of a Senior Partner and two fee earners and excellent support staff. They are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic legal professional to compliment the team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of all aspects of residential conveyancing to include freehold, leasehold, right to buy and shared ownership. This list is by no means exhaustive. The firm use a case management system called Videsse. This is a traditional style firm and the role will see you having a very interactive relationship with clients and third parties. You will have excellent communication skills and will enjoy working with in a team environment. The role will involve working between the offices and so a own transport is imperative to the role.
