New Leadership Opportunity for Regional Director of Business Development Aperion Care, a regional network of Skilled Nursing facilities, is currently seeking out an experienced Regional Director of Business Development for our locations in northwest Indiana. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in developing business within the skilled nursing facility (SNF) industry, specifically with building short-term Medicare census. Successful candidates must have past experience showing strong strategic thinking and planning skills, as well as demonstrated success with leading a team toward definable census goals. This individual will be responsible for both increasing existing referrals/revenues and developing new referral sources through strategic relationships and field presence, creating and following weekly action plans and tracking/presenting date to support growth within the region. These relationships will be primarily focused on key physician groups, hospitals and appropriate community contacts. The Regional Director of Business Development will also be responsible for positively representing Aperion Care and its staff and programs to current and potential referral sources. Successful candidates must have a minimum of three years of long-term care/skilled nursing experience. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or a health-related field is also strongly preferred.
