New Lesson Learned: Today, after helping someone I thought to be a dear friend, I text them a brief message about my observation after I left them for it concerned me and was weighing on my mind. Their initial response to my text told me that they had misread my text and its intent. So I sent an apology and clarifying text. Minutes later, I receive this text This is what Greg sent me. At first i felt a sense of betrayal, then i sent a followup text sharing that they had inadvertenly sent the above text to me, which clearly wasnt meant for me. Well, they never responded. However my follow up to this person was that i would no longer communicate with them in this fashion or any other fashion. Thank God for the Delete contact button. I have one new opening in my dear friends category LOL Though it is convenient to communicate via text and emails, in this day and age, it is probably wise to make the call, and ask is this being recorded. smh Note: to those sending text and emails always be mindful that there is a strong probability that they your eyes and the intended receipeints may not be the only ones seeing the message.
