New Zealand Development Scholarships second round is now open Applications are invited from nationals of Algeria, Angola, Botswana, Cameroon, Djibouti, Ethiopia, Egypt, Gambia, Ghana, Kenya, Lesotho, Malawi, Mauritius, Morocco, Mozambique, Namibia, Nigeria, Rwanda, Senegal, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Swaziland, Tanzania, Tunisia, Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe to undertake short term postgraduate studies (Postgraduate Certificates, Diplomas or Masters Degrees) of up to one year, commencing in Semester Two, July 2014, at Universities in New Zealand. Applications must reach New Zealand tertiary institutions by 2 December 2013 for study commencing in the second semester of 2014.
