New haven power sports... BOO, black hat, strictly black hat. I bought a vespa from a guy who just had this scooter serviced the complaints were electric start rarely works, and the battery needed replacement, and the muffler chrome decor rattled, OK he did this all one month ago and put zero miles on it since. I bought it and none of the so called repairs stood up,.at all for one thing the chrome muffler piece was epoxied ( how jack was that? Glue? And thats a repair?? Really? That sin work it still rattles, the electric starter failed today three days of actual service since the repair.. That failed.the battery is ok but it looks like they may have cracked the housing cover that fits over it (wrong size battery would cause that). To top it all off? They notice that the bike is missing but do nothing to correct the problem it turned out to be a minor adjustment they could have done in less than seconds.. Which is what I did..all they do is note it.. Never thinking they could have made someones day, god forbid. This is a vespa they sell vespas its a top of the line scooter that Sella new for 5k dollars why would they do such shitty work and charge so damned much? They charged the guy 150 bucks to I dunno change out a battery and crack the cover ..never ever again..after seeing this I wont even buy parts there..BTW those are over priced to the moon as well...ugh avoid!!
