New post added at WickedLeak Wammy Desire 2 Android 4.0 Reviewi2Addicted WickedLeak has been flooding the market with several new products, and another new one is a tab this time. This is called the Wammy Desire 2, and it is the successor to Wammy Desire. Now, there isn’t much of a difference in its styling, however, it is the hardware that has been upgraded. It now gets a Samsung ExyYnos 4412 processor, which is a 1.6-GHz quad-core processor that also powers the Samsung SIII. Now, we believe this is the only affordable tab that gets a Samsung processor. It has 1 GB of RAM, and an internal storage of 8GB, which is of course expandable with external microSD card. There are two options on Android OS, the 4.0 ICS and the 4.2 Jelly Bean. We have tested the Android 4.0 and we have been impressed. The fluidity on the touch is good and the tab doesn’t feel as slow as other competing tabs. We like the display of this tab and we are impressed in the way it works. The camera on this tab is decent and this is the only tab to get flash for the rear camera. It has HD resolution and it is amazing for its price, as it costs a shade below Rs 10,000. Now, we have tried Real Racing 3, Max Payne and other high-RAM eating games on this tab, and we impressed in the manner it responds. It gets a bit slow, only when several applications are running in the background, else it does run fine. Even the sensors respond smoothly to our moves in all the games. The picture quality is good too, thanks to the HD screen. We read some e-books and saw some videos, and we are impressed with the overall effects of the tab. The sound quality is ok, and you can live with it. The camera image quality of the phone is fine, well you can’t expect anything more from a 2MP camera. The front camera is 0.3MP and is sufficient for Skype and video calling. The processor works fine without any hindrance or struggle. In our next review, we shall talk about the WickedLeak Wammy Desire 2 with Android 4.2. This has more features to offer. We shall test it with the same set of images, games and videos and tell me the difference.
