Newton Third law states that to every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. If Pakistan had not encouraged the extremist version of religion to destabilse and destroy Afghanistan as well as India and had not used her own citizens [mostly Pashtuns] then Dr. Manmohan Singh would not be blaming Pakistan for sponsoring terrorist activities in the region. You can use boot-lickers like Sheikh Rasheed and a couple of others on GEO tv to provoke the anti India sentiments but you cannot change facts, figures and history.
