Next week (Sept 11th) makes the 10th anniversary of the opening of Tupelo Music Hall in Londonderry, NH, presenting some of the most amazing talent from across the country and the world. And, thanks to our great audiences, we have voted us New Hampshires Best Small Concert Venue for each of those 10 years! Congrats to Scott Hayward who has created a highly professional, classy and intimate venue in which to enjoy our favorite artists! And, on a lesser note :-) it marks my 10th anniversary of running the open mic on this stage. It has been with pride and honor I have watched young (and older) musicians use this stage to hone their craft and go on to larger venues, audiences and successes! Join us tonight as we again will present an amazing evening of talented musicians of all ages and genres and a feature set by the Joe Young Band! We start at 7pm- If you wish to play, we hold sign-ups between 6-6:45pm. $5 at the door and an extra $3 each if you plan to BYOB. Next month, the extraordinary Forrest OConnor- a wiz on mandolin and son of the legendary Mark OConnor (fiddle) will be our feature act (Wisewater). Thanks again to all the volunteers and audience members who have made Tupelo Music Hall the success it is!
