Nice to see a detailed explanation of the so called no commitment - TopicsExpress

Nice to see a detailed explanation of the so called no commitment gyms. The fact that they give pizza and bagels to their members alone angers me. Then seeing advertising about trainers shocks me more. What kind of crooked half ass trainer would apply for a position where they are going against everything they have learned to follow gym rules. You get what you pay for. A fake gym that looks like a night club, is $10 a month and hands out free pizza is for the non committal people who will never be healthy or happy. Saying they have a gym membership does not change their body fat %. Their terrible eating habits, or help them loose weight. Becoming a member at a credible facility with proper equipment, experienced reliable trainers and fellow members who are looking to achieve their goals as well will. I will never fully understand the point of these wannabe fake clubs. They are not even up to standards to be called gyms according to me. Am I critical? absolutely and after 9 years being a certified trainer I have earned the right to have a strong opinion on this topic. More people need to get serious about their health. Not join the latest joke of a gym trend to claim they workout.
