Nifty Morning Outlook on 6th August 2014: After the mixed global market reactions nifty may expect to open flat in the range of 7740-7750. Nifty: According to Pivot points table support for Nifty Future prices at 7735 and 7685 level. 7820 and 7870 found resistance to the nifty. Bank Nifty: Nifty: According to Pivot points table support for Bank Nifty Future prices at 15320 and 15220 levels. 15475 and 15575 found resistance to the Banks nifty. USDINR Movement: On 5th August USD/INR closed negative at 60.84 (or -0.14%) in spot. Trade Statistics on 05-7-2014: The turnover of cash and F&O in NSE is Rs 16073.35 crs and Rs 220676.63 crs respectively. Major Economical Events: Govt to sell part stake in SAIL, RINL, HAL in FY15: The government is to sell 5% stake in SAIL and 10% each in RINL and HAL in the current fiscal, besides an outright sale of Tyre Corporation of India. The disinvestment of 10% through an initial public offer (IPO) in Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Ltd (RINL) is tentatively scheduled for in the current financial year, Minister Arun Jaitley said in a written reply in the Lok Sabha. Powergrid to raise Rs 3,000 cr through private placement of bonds Powergrid Corporation, which is the Central Transmission Utility (CTU) will soon raise Rs 3,000 crore through private placement of bonds. This is the first of the Rs 10,000 crore to be raised through private placement of bonds in 2014-15. The proceeds will be used to part finance the capex of Rs 22,450 crore planned during the current fiscal. Powergrid Corporation official told Business Standard, The company had made capex of Rs 22,324 crore in 2013-14 of which Rs 10,000 crore raised through private placement of bonds and the balance through accruals and loans already mobilized through and domestic institutions. Similarly, nearly Rs 10,000 crore will be raised through private placement of bonds during the current fiscal.
