Sani Abacha, though was a dictator and his regime was tough on the Nigerians due to the western sanctions, also he siphoned billions of dollars, yet remains the best Nigeria Leader ever to revive, re-energize and restore the countrys economy and foreign policies. Nigeria foreign reserves massively appreciated and inflation also reduced massively. He made Nigeria the Lion of Africa by restoring Democracy in Sierra Leone and Liberia. He did want to transit Nigerian system of government to democracy, though he wanted to remain in power. Moreover he might be accused of being corrupt, greedy and wicked, yet he was not as bad as his successors and predecessors. May God forgive him.
