Nikola Tesla Club in Philadelphia proudly presenting Tesla Traveling exhibit entitled Tesla: Past, Present and Future. We have many exhibits and works of art, but were still in the process of collecting more for the traveling exhibit. We will be borrowing much of the past portion of the exhibit from the Nikola Tesla Museum in Belgrade and already have most of what we need for the present portion. The biggest part of the exhibit will revolve around what the future would look like after we manage to finish the work Tesla started. Nikola Tesla Museum is a unique institution of science and culture in Serbia and in the world. It is the only museum in the world which preserves the original and personal inheritance of Nikola Tesla. tesla-museum.org/meni_en/nt.php?link=muzej/m&opc=sub2 Wireless power transmission One of Tesla`s most significant ideas which has never been fully elaborated is the wireless transmission of power to long distances. The initial idea boiled down to transmitting from an electric source to household antennas or electricity driven cars, but in 1904, Tesla went a step forward, pointing out that the earth`s or the water`s feature of conducting electricity (even in the upper layers of the atmosphere) could be used for a global wireless energy system. According to the idea, this would make energy transmission highly cheap, free even. This is the part where conspiracy theory enthusiasts come in, claiming that the project was sabotaged in order to preserve the population`s dependency on expensive electricity. The Rainbow project There was another very top-secret experiment from 1943 in which Tesla supposedly took part -- the Philadelphia experiment, or the rainbow project. Apart from Tesla, the project also featured Einstein and supposedly, they succeeded in making the USS Elridge cannon-class destroyer escort of the US Navy invisible. At the same time, it is assumed that at one point, the scientists in Philadelphia teleported the entire shop to Norfolk, 200,000 miles away from the initial location. “Free-energy technology The progressive development of man is vitally dependent on invention. It is the most important product of his creative brain. Its ultimate purpose is the complete mastery of mind over the material world, the harnessing of the forces of nature to human needs. This is the difficult task of the inventor who is often misunderstood and unrewarded. But he finds ample compensation in the pleasing exercises of his powers and in the knowledge of being one of that exceptionally privileged class without whom the race would have long ago perished in the bitter struggle against pitiless elements. Speaking for myself, I have already had more than my full measure of this exquisite enjoyment; so much, that for many years my life was little short of continuous rapture.” - Nikola Tesla A traveling Tesla Exhibit will help us gauge interest and determine how to best appeal to the American public, while also getting people nationwide to think about Tesla. Tesla Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow and the first communication center would help us to start Tesla Centers in other cities and countries, helping increase our membership and cooperation with other organizations. Nikola Tesla was a brilliant inventor who worked with technology to improve life for all people. His ideas often came out of moments of pure inspiration. His imagination and creative capacity was such that he was able to envision how his inventions would work before he even drew any plans or diagrams. This was possible because Tesla had developed both left-brain and right-brain thought modalities early in life, and continued to nurture both as he lived. As part of the Nikola Tesla Energy Independence Celebrations, we wish to emphasize the importance of bridging the two seemingly separate worlds of Art and Science. We feel that exploring the artistic and creative side of ourselves can be one of the best ways to inspire innovation. Bringing the logical left-brain together with the intuitive, compassionate right-brain can also help us to keep in mind moral and ethical considerations when it comes to scientific and technological advancements. The traveling exhibit would also be a good source of fundraising. Individual Inventors, Innovators, and Companies involved with new and Independent Energy Sources or anything related to Nikola Tesla’s work to present their ideas, models and products, younger devoted and passionate individuals equipped with interactive TESLA exhibits and information about his life and inventions along with their contributions and impact in todays society, and especially the FUTURE, please contact us! Tesla Future We would like to show, digitally, what our planet would look like if all of Teslas projects had been completed all the way to the end. Primarily, this will show wireless energy transmission, Tesla art, free and uncontrolled communications. The exhibit will also include lectures about Tesla and will require 3D animation films that will also be used in promotional and advertising materials. All ideas will be seriously considered. Best applicants will receive a contract for the project, or part of the project. “Of all the frictional resistances, the one that most retards human movement is ignorance, what Buddha called the greatest evil in the world. The friction which results from ignorance can be reduced only by the spread of knowledge and the unification of the heterogeneous elements of humanity. No effort could be better spent.” - Nikola Tesla
