When people say dont let them bring you down to their level it really means dont let them bring you down to their level of energy, frequency and vibration. Einsteins famous equation E=MC2 simply means everything is energy, frequency and vibration. People who are very egotistic, greedy, jealous, hateful and materialistic, are vibrating to a low frequency of energy ie their root chakra, the lowest chakra. This chakra is ruled by Saturn, and is the root of evil. Its the biblical hell. Hell-is-low (hello). The root chakra is the lowest chakra. Loving people on the other hand, vibrate at a higher frequency of energy. Why do we always depict love with the heart? As in love hearts ect. The heart is simply a physical organ that pumps blood around our bodies. The physical heart has nothing to do with love at all. We always depict love with the heart, because of our heart chakra. The heart chakra is ruled by the sun. Its the centre chakra, just as the sun is the centre of the solar system. The heart chakra, or the sun, is the biblical Jesus. The heart chakra is Christ consciousness. As opposed to the evil consciousness of satan, the root chakra. To become a better person, its essential to raise our frequency of energy, so it vibrates at a higher level or chakra. The root chakra, or Saturn corresponding metal is lead. The sun or heart chakra corresponding metal is gold. This is what alchemy really means, to turn lead into gold, is raising your frequency of energy.
