No School on Wednesday, January 28: Due to the storm, all Shrewsbury Public Schools will be closed tomorrow, Wednesday, January 28. While the Highway Department and the Public Buildings Department will do their best to clear campuses of snow as soon as feasible, please note that due to the significant volume of snow a delay or closing on Thursday may be required. I will communicate an update sometime tomorrow. Thank you to everyone working in the Highway and Public Buildings departments, as well as our police, fire, and emergency management personnel for working to keep the community safe during the storm. The automated phone call just sent out features the voices of Ava and Michael DeAngelis, whose family won the opportunity to take part in snow day recordings in the auction at last Junes Celebration in the Garden fundraiser.
