No joy can ever come close seeing our children happy this Christmas Season. Mayor Rose Furigay shares this joy to the Children with Disabilities together with their parents. A Christmas party for these adorable children, the first ever party for children with disabilities in the history of Lamitan City. Children expressed their joy by showcasing their talents with Mickey and Minie Mouse. Overflowing joy and overwhelming gratitude was expressed by the Extraordinary Moms of Exceptional Children as represented by their president, Mrs. Arlene Rivero as she pinned token-buttons to Mayor Rose, Councilor Jeng Flores, Chief Gean Gallardo, Maam Pearly and Mr. Larry Paderanga- SPED School Principal. Each mom received a bag of grocery items and rice, while children each got a shirt, a bag of assorted goodies and hygeine set. To the extraordinary moms and their children, thank you for celebrating with us. To the CSWD Office haded by Maam Pearly Tacorda, thumbs up for a job well done! Mothers, children, and partners alike go home wearing their sweetest smile and carrying joy in their hearts. After all, Christmas is about sharing the joy to others too.
