No lie I struggled so bad today . I went from weight lifting 4/5 times a week to over two months of randomly coming to the gym here and there and feeding my body unhealthy meals.its very challenging to get back into the routine but I wont give up . Ill see this as a opportunity to have bigger goals and push my self through the hard times instead of beating myself up I will embrace it and stay consistent and positive at all times . The thin air is my biggest challenge but with more practice I should get used to colorados thin super thin air!we ordered more products , did a very nice grocery shopping and were committed to the gym/ BootCamp . Embrace the hard times and push through them itll be with it . Stay motivated and get those results
