No matter how strong despair may feel sometimes or how uncertain some situations maybe, I know that the minute I stand in front of my easel I am at my strongest and I am fulfilling my purpose. Then, after a few minutes into my work I feel invigorated, comforted, and reminded of what matters and what does not. The power of art is mysterious and I will never really understand it completely but I am sure thankfull for it in my life.
