No one has shown a verse that proves Sola Scriptura. Matthew 16:18-19 shows that Jesus will build His Church on Peter. Even if you trick yourself into believing that it was something other than Peter, verse 19 is basically a job description of the Pope 2 Thess 3:15 says we are to obey the Apostles whether in written form or oral. Nothing is ever stated that everything will eventually be written down 1 Tim 3:15 says the Church (not Scripture) is the pillar and foundation of the truth. Only one Church claims to have existed since 33. All Protestant Chruches got started after the 1500s
