No piece of paper, no piece of paper signed by any human being - TopicsExpress

No piece of paper, no piece of paper signed by any human being under this World shall stop Royal Barotseland Kingdom marching to total independence. My dear brothers and sisters, people of Royal Barotseland Kingdom, we should be serious, no jokes, its pains to keep on talking without action, people of the Royal Barotseland Kingdom need action now, and the answer to the above question is a, “STRONG YES.” I strongly advice people of Royal Barotseland Kingdom to stop quarreling with each other but instead focus on the days of celebration, how it will be and what will make the celebration spectacular more than it has ever been done elsewhere. Has Zambia celebrate its 50th Years of independence its good for the achievement of Zambia, for the Royal Barotseland Kingdom, it has to be a year of Royal Barotseland Kingdom liberation and full total independence. Zambian politicians should know that Barotseland is no longer part of Zambia – nor is she interested in Zambian affairs, from 26th – 27th March 2012, The Barotse National Council, (BNC), (the highest and most representative decision making body in Barotse governance system) unanimously resolved to accept the unilateral nullification of the Barotseland Agreement of 1964 by Zambia, and also resolved that Royal Barotseland Kingdom immediately initiate all formal and necessary procedures and acts for the re-establishment of Royal Barotseland Kingdom Sovereignty and Independence, a de facto break away from its current underlying status within the Republic of Zambia. The Barotse National Council (BNC), has already found “a lasting solution to the Barotseland question” when it put Barotseland on a trajectory towards complete independence as a Sovereign State. There is no other “lasting solution” that is needed. What is left is only to work out the transition towards the realization of these ends – including civilized discussions about sharing of assets. As the Draft “Barotseland Economic Policy Framework and Strategy (2015-2018)” states in its Introduction: On March 27, 2012, Barotseland declared its independence from Zambia, following its acceptance of Zambia’s unilateral abrogation of the Barotseland Agreement of 1964(BA’64) in 1969 …” The Barotseland National Congress (BNC) is appealing to all Royal Barotseland Kingdom citizens and the Royal families in the Royal Barotseland Kingdom, to desist from the foreign Zambian Authority and their Plans but all of us to develop the sense of ownership of their legitimate Royal Barotseland Government and its programs including responsibilities, other than the foreign Zambian programs which are imposed upon them, all the development you see in the Royal Barotseland Kingdom is a gift (donations from Zambia). On August 15th 2013, a Royal Transitional Barotseland Government headed by his Hon, Afumba Mombotwa was constituted, and is currently mobilizing resources for complete take over of governance as well seeking international recognition. So far three (3) international institutions; Union of Free States (UNFS), Federation of Free States of Africa (FFSA) and Unrepresented Nations and Peoples’ Organization (UNPO) have recognized Barotselands sovereignty as well as recognized the transitional government, while local Barotseland organizations such as the Barotse National Freedom Alliance as well as individual Barotseland citizens have intensified their campaigns for the international recognition of Barotselands state sovereignty legally and politically. Our position is that the Royal Barotseland Kingdom has exercised its rights to terminate the Barotseland Agreement on 26th – 27th March 2012, when a Barotse National Council (BNC) representing the people of Barotseland formally recognized the abrogation of the Barotseland Agreement by the Zambian Government without the consent of the people of Barotseland, thereby freeing Barotseland from its former union with Northern Rhodesia. Therefore, resolutions such as the following must be given their full legal effect: “The people of the Royal Barotseland Kingdom shall exercise their right to revert the Royal Barotseland Kingdom to its original status as a sovereign nation, so that the people of the Kingdom shall determine their political, cultural, social and economic development.” On the basis of the BNC resolution, and under the international law, Kingdom of Barotseland has therefore legally reverted to the status of being an independent nation. With the continuing attempts by the Zambian Government to force an independent nation to remain under its yoke, without its consent, is a flagrant violation of international law, with the result that, under international law, Zambia authorities and state institutions must immediately vacate the Royal Barotseland Kingdom before 24th October, 2014. Why can’t we rule ourselves as Royal Barotseland Kingdom? Why are we being ruled by Zambia? Why? Why? Join Barotseland National Congress (BNC) has we fight for our freedom, its high time we stand up and fight for our rights to Royal Barotseland Kingdom’s original statehood has a 55th Country/Nation. No piece of paper, no piece of paper signed by any human being under this World shall stop Royal Barotseland Kingdom marching to total independence, for us Royal Barotseland Kingdom citizens it has to be a celebration of 50th Year of Royal Barotseland Kingdom’s Total Independence. Issued by, Dr. Mwiya Mwiya.M.P. Acting Focal Point Person Barotseland National Congress (BNC)
