Noble acts happen everyday we just have to pay attention. The one I noticed today was the sister who brought in her high function mentally challenged sister to yoga. Her encouragement to her sister while still finding her own practice and being attentive to her own practice was one of the most profound compassionate acts I observed today... What was even better was the sisters taking the time to introduce themselves and the challenged sister raving about her pure enjoyment for the class. What an amazing experience in gratitude, acceptance, and compassion.
