North Buncombe FFA has apples for sale. Eating apples (can be used for sauce, apple butter, canning, eating, etc) are $8.00 a bushel. Deer Apples are $60.00 for a 20 bushel bin, or $3.00 per bushel. We also have deer apples in a sack for $7.00. If you want a smaller quantity of apples we are glad to break them down into smaller amounts. Located at NB High School in the parking lot beside the greenhouse. All of these apples were gathered/ harvested by students and or members of the NB FFA Alumni. The funds generated from the sale of these apples will go directly to help students cover expenses associated with traveling to competitions and conventions, one of these will include the National FFA Convention in Louisville, KY in October.
