Not entirely too sure what happened tonight.... I either had a massive anxiety attack, or a mild stroke. either way, not good news. For about two hours all I could feel was a tightness, and cold sensation in my chest, which wasnt overly startling at first, but as it persited, I started to panic a bit. Ive been really stressed out lately with alot on my plate, a major launch coming up, and alot has been on the brain. I really dont know whats up, but whatever that was, its a definite sign that i need to slow down soon and take it easy. I really cant wait for this project to be off my plate. it will be a huge weight off of my shoulders. once this project is launched i am deffinitely taking some time to unwind. tonight was a bit of an eye-opener as to how stress can really impact your personal health. I really need to let go and just take care of my own mental well being, its obvious that ive taken on too much lately, and ive been pushing myself way more than i should have to. vacay soon. deffinitely needed.
