Roast pork tenderloin with bourbon and apricot sauce, mashed potatoes (yes, lots of butter and heavy cream added), and asparagus for the entrée. Spinach salad with diced red onions, dried cranberries, tomatoes....salad dressing is easy and the best....1/3 cup olive oil. 1/3 cup maple syrup. 1/3 cup raspberry vinegar and a hefty dollop of grainy Dijon mustard. Dessert...Haagen Dazs vanilla ice cream with Stonewall Kitchens warm dark chocolate sauce... Im hoping Phillip might offer to give me a free lesson before the evening is over.
