Not sure whether Ive shared this one or not..but here is an old family photograph taken around 1929 when my grandparents and their family, which included their two, soon to be three kids, their nephew, and my grandfathers brother, lived west of Bradley in the little community of Canal. This bunch appears to be dazzled by the snow or ice...cant tell which. The smallest girl is my mother, Marilyn Fish Bryan. The grimacing boy is her cousin Ralph Fish. The man is her Uncle Ollie Fish. The other boy is Marilyns brother, Roy M. Fish. The bigger girls are cousins with the surname of Tyler. Roy, a retired kawyer, survives today at 92. He still plays golf two or three times a week and writes an occasional column for the Shreveport Times.
