Not that we want any of you riff-raff ruining our perfect neighborhood (kidding!), our wonderful landlords (no sarcasm here, weve lived her eight years and these people are better than anyone) has told me to put the word out that the apartment next to ours is going to be vacant in August. And its still a bargain to live here. So if you know someone (they like couples or roommate packages) who would not be a pain for us to live next door to (and vice versa), feel free to message me on Facebook or email me at dkaplan101@gmail. (One small thing: they allow pets, but since the last tenants cat did a lot of damage, which the departing renters didnt mention or offer compensation upon their exit, the landlords are looking a bit askance at people with animals who scratch and bite things. That said, they welcome pets, but they will expect assurances that the incoming tenants will be liable for any damages.)
