Note to the crazies in the GOP: No matter how many times you SAY you don’t want to shut down the government and ruin the economy, the fact that you are proposing shutting the government down by not funding the government unless the Affordable Care Act is defunded, means that you want to shut down government (which would take away funding for our military and social security.) There was an election last fall. The president ran on his record and the fact that he supports ObamaCare. Nationally, he won. Mitt Romney, who wanted to get rid of ObamaCare, LOST. Nationally, the senate election supports the president’s positions. If you are not patriotic enough to govern by the will of the electorate, you should resign from your posts. Quit playing games. Our country’s governance is not a game!
