Notes from Chex: you all remember the song Ive got rhythm? Well, my wonderful trainer, Christina Fiebeck, says that balance and rhythm are a couple of the most important things a horse need to have and then, other good things fall into place...so happy to say, Im getting there. Part of my lessons include a lot of fun, basic stuff like figure eights, turns, backing up, side-stepping, etc. After this lesson, on Saturday, December 20th, Mom let me graze again in the big pasture with my cousins Linus and Hope. After a bit of grazing, the three of us decided to burn off some steam and have a really good RUN...but soooooo sorry that neither Mom or Lavonne Love Dube were camera ready and they didnt catch any of it...but we had SUCH a good time! One thing I found out today is that Hope is such a graceful gal, she actually prances. If Hopes Mom, Susie Rosen Martell, had been there it might have been caught on camera because she almost always has her camera in hand...next time!
