Nothing makes a coach more proud...than when he walks into the NEW gym-20 minutes early and sees 8 athletes warming up and strength training. Warms our hearts... On a separate note: Obviously new environment. Heat, Humidity, the bodys adaptation, and demands placed on it. This is VERY real. Have any of you felt crappy this week physically? I wonder why? Dont neglect your water and need for REST. Please, please pay attention to staying cool during your WOD...but dont let the BIG fans fool you. Even if you are pushing, sweating, and baking in the heat....the wind and fans can fool your body and mind externally. Please pay attention to taking in: -multi vitamin -fish oil -electrolytes -increased water - salt and sugar intake *IF you are making radical diet changes this week...please, please consider moving slowly into them. If you are completing 3-4 WODs/week - you will HAVE TO, consider and concentrate your efforts. Thank you
