Notice is hereby given to all members of Forum for Durgotsab that the third Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday , the 4th August , 2013 at 6 PM at the Mahajati Sadan Annexe Building and the agenda for the meeting shall be :- 1. To consider and approve the General Secretary’s report for the year 2012-2013. 2. To consider and adopt the Auditor’s Report and the Audited Accounts for the year 2012-2013. 3. To elect/select members of the Governing Body for the year 2013-2014. 4. Any other matter with the permission of the chair.
