Well I felt Beau Tipswas having to work harder to speak and seem to be laboring breathing . When I called the nurse to discuss these she tells beau he has had no pain meds all day. He said his ribs hurt and his back hurt. I told him he would take his pain meds and they could reposition him in bed . He started to shake his head no and looked at me and told nurse ok. I told him to rest and to wave at me when he needed me to save his voice. I went to walk away and looked back at him and he was waving. I walked back yo him and he grinned and laughed at me. I told him only wave when he needed me and he smiled again. He thinks if he does not take the pain pills he will get out sooner. As I told aunt nancy earlier his hard headedness is coming out. I decide to just sit beside his bed for now and save me walking back and forth across the room. They say they are going to get him up and walking later. He is sitting up now. Dr said he is recovering fast.
