from the test dates of the age of the Speed Camera & how many tests performed I) The accuracy of the test II) The accuracy of the testing device III) The ambient temperature of the testing room IV) The humidity of the testing room V) The Calibration used & result VI) The Patent Approval Number of the device VII) The re-verification of measurement used & the results VIII) The Speed Calibration device, measurements & results IX) The power source used for the testing equipment & (Of the Speed Camera in question) X) All the results to be in Australian legal units of measurement (6) I will require the Certification Number, the re-verification of measurement used, the easurement & results, the electro magnetic variance, measurement & result & the power source used to perform tests (All the results to be in Australian legal units of measurements) (7) I will require a Certified copy of the Queensland Institute of technology Certificate approval pursuant to Section 10 of the National Weights & Measurements Act to Certify & approve measurement devices (8) I Assuredly require a Certified copy of the Technical Officer of the Queensland Institute of Technology Certificate of Certification, approval & qualifications pursuant to the National Weights & Measurement Act 1960 to test, Calibrate & Certify a measuring device of any kind (9) I will require a Certified copy of the prolaser Speed measuring device (Speed Camera) used on the day/night of the alleged infringement (11) I will require a Certified copy of the current documents/contacts/deeds that Contractually bind The Roads Corporation (NRGD 050 984 186) Queensland Roads & the Queensland Police Traffic Camera Office & any Contract with the STATE of Queensland pursuant to Section 124b of The Magistrates Court
